The fella who assisted me showed me how to adjust the right settings and get everything functioning. I’ll definitely be returning soon.

This is honestly the worst guitar company I've ever had to deal with. The owner, Colin, was super rude and even abusive over the phone, hurling insults at me for supposedly breaking the head of my acoustic guitar, which isn’t what actually happened. When I tried to call and settle the repair costs, he just kept hanging up on me, making it impossible to get anything done. After a couple of months, I thought I’d give it another shot to resolve the issue, only to find out he sold my guitar, which I had paid $600 for, and told me to just leave. How is that even fair? Nice job, buddy.
